- I can’t create an account

- Wrong information about an artist or event

We try to regularly check the artist and designer profiles and the events on our website, but the majority of the content is generated by our partners (user-generated content). However, we would appreciate it if you could let us know about a mistake so we can correct it as soon as possible. Please let us know at  info@artconscious.co.uk

- What ensures the quality of the products? Who is participating as a partner?

We only work with professional artists and designers with fine art/design education and history behind them. They will have exhibited already and make a living as a professional artist or designer. Moreover, we work with galleries, brands, art institutes, universities, etc. as well.

- I received my artwork or design piece and it’s not what I was expecting.

We are really sorry if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. If you have received the right product but it looks different than what you have expected, you can also send it back - you have 14 days to contact us and organise the return delivery of the item. You cannot return commissioned products. For more information please have a look at our Returns Policy.

- How can I pay for my chosen artwork?

We use PayPal, but it doesn’t mean that you can only pay if you have a PayPal account. PayPal accepts payments even if you are not registered with them. However, if you would like to open an account, click here and create one for free: https://www.paypal.com/welcome/signup/#/email_one_password

- Can I order from outside the EU?

Yes, you can order from outside the EU, but please note that international packages may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay these additional charges.
