Kata Bereczki portrays everyday scenes that almost everyone experiences and which can be found in everyone’s photo albums, but with different people.'
The artist chooses simple, mundane scenes as the focus of her works, moments that anyone, anywhere experiences. These moments are experienced differently by distinct people, individuals and souls. However, they are connected through these similar events, experiences faced with different emotions. The painted image itself triggers different feelings from everyone, as each individual projects their own experiences and private life-events onto the depicted scene.

LAVOR is our multidisciplined art collective which we created in the spirit of Secession with the aim to both functionally and emotionally boost and charge interior spaces. We are creators from different fields such as fine arts, applied arts, product design, graphic design, interior design, photography and film. Art is a visual communication channel for us to experience catharsis and to express feelings of the human spirit. We believe that art and design are equal representatives of culture and their combination not only enhances the creation of spaces’ harmony, but it also contributes to the progress of collective consciousness. Art is the ability to submerge, to transform and to recognize beauty in the details. We have a need to express our emotions in the virtual space and to communicate our belief that it’s culture that makes us human.
