Agata Zychlinska is a contemporary artist from Poland. She was born in a little village near the major polish city Poznan and is currently working and living in Wroclaw. She began her studies in Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk and then she moved to Eugeniusz Geppert’s Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw where in 2016 she received a Master’s Degree. Since graduation, she has been working as a professional painter, dedicating all her time and passion to Art. Her main source of inspiration are people, thus the artistic manner is figurative. Usually, Agata tries to depict what she feels and experiences, what is happening in her inner world, emotions she receives from people – everything altogether. She tries to catch little moments on what people do not usually pay attention in their everyday routine. Another very important theme going through her art – female problems. Using the universal language of art she makes her voice sound louder in the crowd. Agata is twice a nominee of the Palm Art Award in 2015 and 2018, had many exhibitions around the world and is proud to have her works in numerous private collections in Poland, the UK, Taiwan, German, Luxembourg, Italy, India, Hungary, Australia and the USA.
